I advise the in-house team on a range of strategic marketing activities including the development of annual marketing plans, strategy papers, trends reports and agency briefs.

Martin initially supported our business by helping us to ‘take stock’ of our journey to date and to help us plan the next stage of taking a start-up family business, to a world-wide premium brand. He did this by spending time with senior members of the team and then facilitating a development day to make sure every voice was heard and that a targeted plan was formed.
